Organizational Skills:

One might find it okay to run a stop sign sometimes, or jaywalk when no one is looking, but these types of laws are enforced for a reason. If everyone jaywalked or ran stop signs, then there would be chaos. You are expected to follow laws in exchange with an agreement that others will do so as well. This keeps society organized and not all over the place.

Conclusion: Rules are set in place for a reason.

Selling Skills:

As cashiers, we are always required to let a customer know if there are additional charges added on to their purchase. This rule is heavily enforced because we do not want our customers to feel nickel and dimed. If a customer feels as though we cheated them out of money, they will most likely stop frequenting our stores.

Conclusion: Making sales is no good if they customer never returns.
