Resume Writing with the Power Word Complied
Complied – acting according to certain accepted standards
also: comply, compliance, complies
Complied shows the candidate’s ability to:
- follow a strict schedule
- adhere to sets of rules
- be able to attend to protocols
Reinforce Skills & Abilities:
The reason we ask for our inters to comply with a quota is to get them in the habit of producing a certain number of finished products per week. Even though their job may not always require them to finish the report by Friday, we don’t want them to get in the routine of waiting until the last minute to finish their work.
Conclusion: You understand the importance of getting your work done early.
Selling Skills:
Even though myself and my co-workers are authorized to make sales, we must comply with company rules if customers purchase items over 5,000$. When sales go over that amount, we must turn the sale over to a designated supervisor who assists in the financing. This is done because sales by our products are usually in the under 500$ range, or in the thousands.
Conclusion: You are aware of the jurisdiction of your sale.
Problem Solving skills:
It is never a good idea to hide information from corporate accounting. When there has been a problem with your paycheck, always comply with their wishes and disclose all the information you can. You will most certainly be fired if you don’t.
Conclusion: you understand the importance of being honest with your salary.
